What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When you make an order and pay for it you are taken from our website to either secure payment website on Paypal or Worldnet Payment. This means we store no financial information such as credit card numbers and is more secure for you the customer. We are informed of the payment by both organisations by email.
We also have to complete every year the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (“PCI DSS”) certification. Our certification is valid until 2019 and has to be completed each year.
When you make an order, we have to deliver it to you. We use your name, address, telephone number and email address you give us to arrange this by giving it to either the Post Office or Carrying company so they can deliver your goods to them.
A record of your purchase is kept on our website records. These can be removed on request.
Contact forms
When you use our contact form to ask a question or ask for a free sample we delete this as soon as the question has been answered or sample sent to your address.

Our server who holds our website details has security measures. The Post Office and Carrier companies we pass on your name and address to have their own data protection measures.
We also have Firewalls in place on our computers to stop data breaches.
