As many of our products are bulky and heavy we draw your attention to our shipping options as carriers have limitations on what they will accept.
If you don’t need your goods immediately our standard delivery by either Hermes or Royal Mail is a good option.Depending on the size of the parcel , and which option would be quicker for the customer we reserve the right to use either method. We will always try and send your goods to you by the most appropriate and customer friendly way.
Hermes quote up to 6 working days. They cover the UK but not the channel islands, PO Boxes or BFPO locations. Also we cannot send Full width rolls of linings or any other bulky items with dimensions larger than 120 cm to certain postcodes by Hermes ie AB 37-56, IV, HS, KW, PA20-78, PH15-50, ZE, BT, IM, JE,GY. If you are in doubt please contact us. Delivery may take longer to some postcodes.
If you need next day delivery we use LTG which is a very reliable carrier. The following postcodes are excluded from their standard charge AB 37-56, IV, HS, KW, PA20-78, PH15-50, ZE, BT, IM, JE,GY. We will do our best but orders received after 2pm may not be able to be processed for next day delivery and will be sent out the next working day. Please contact us for details for an individual quote.
Tracking your parcel
If you chose Hermes delivery we will send you a tracking number which can be used at www.myhermes.co.uk. If you prefer we can track your parcel for you.
If you have chosen next day delivery and you are out the carrier will leave a card with the local depot number on. Please ring as soon as possible to re-arrange delivery with them. We can do this on your behalf if you prefer. Please contact us to tell us you have not received your parcel as soon as possible and we will track it for you. The carrier will only store goods for 3 days, and will then return any unclaimed goods to us. They will not re-deliver the item for free and carriage must be paid again. We cannot take responsibility for this charge.
Very Heavy items
Some items are very heavy and bulky and the carrier charges a surcharge of £10 plus vat. If you want to order a number of bulky items please contact us on 01482 329099 or email us and we will be able to arrange an individual quote. Or if you have your own carrier you are welcome to use them and have goods collected ready and packed from our warehouse. Occasionally we can’t offer free carriage on certain items due to their weight and the cost of the carriage.
Free delivery options
We have a Local Pickup option on the website and your order can be collected from our warehouse. We are open 9am – 12 and 1-4pm. Please ring us first on 01482 329099 to make sure your order is available for collection. (Please note we are open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at the moment)
We have regular free delivery routes to Beverley and the East Riding of Yorkshire, York, North Yorkshire ie up to Kirbymoorside, Pickering, the East Yorkshire coast up to Scarborough, Doncaster and North Lincolnshire. Please contact us to arrange this service on our regular trips.If you live in the area you are welcome to pick up from store. If you want to do this don’t order over the website ring us direct and we will reserve your order.
Orders over £200 are delivery free for the UK postcodes not excluded above.

We are very happy to send goods to the postcodes above and any international destination. We can arrange quotes for you from a variety of carriers and Royal Mail so you can choose which service is best for you. Or you can arrange your own carriage and have your order collected from us.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to any delivery difficulties or costs. A full refund will be issued.
