Returns and Refund Policy

 

100% satisfaction and customer loyalty is our aim. We have great confidence in our products and welcome questions on how to use them. It is difficult to buy goods over the internet without seeing and feeling their quality. So we are delighted to send free samples (some exceptions apply please see the bottom of the page) before you buy. Just ring us 01482 329099 or fill in a contact form found on each product page. Please remember to name each product that you would like a sample of and include your name and address.

Our terms and conditions

We operate a returns policy in line with the Direct Selling Regulations, this is how it affects our customers and us.

Goods not covered by these regulations
Any item that has been cut to a customers requirments cannot not be returned unless faulty

Curtain Tape and other accessories or trimmings

Cut to length Roman Blind Tracks

 

Cancellation of an order and return of goods
A customer has a right to cancel an order by writing or email, not by telephone up to 7 working days following placing the order. 

All returns must be authorised before you start your returns process. Please contact quoting your invoice number and reason for return before returning any goods.

We are entitled to charge carriage or ask the customer to arrange carriage at their expense to return goods to us. For returns we are entitled to charge carriage including any third party charges our carrier makes to us. We also reserve the right to charge any carriage expenses incurred by us due to changes in any originally carriage free order. Or the customer may arrange to return goods to us at their expense. Because the goods we sell can be large and bulky please note that return carriage can be expensive – sometimes as much as £25. Refunds will be arranged when the goods are returned to us in a re-saleable condition.

Incorrect Orders
Customers must inform us of any shortages, faulty goods, or wrongly dispatched items within 7 working days. No responsibility can be taken for shortages following cutting of fabric or any other product by the customer. Please carefully check all your goods on delivery.
