Instore Pickup

If you live in or around Hull you can use our In Store Pickup Service. We are open 9-4 Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We will have your order ready usually the morning of the next working day following ordering. We will contact you when your order is ready or alternatively you can ring us on 01482 329099 to check if your order is ready.

Sample Shipping

We offer samples of some of our products should you wish to see them before you order. These include linings and buckrams. You can either use our contact form to request these or add them to your cart from the product page. Once in the checkout you can choose Sample Shipping for free. 

Please note that Sample Shipping is for free samples only and if you choose this option when ordering priced products we will contact you for shipping payment. If we cannot contact you your order will be refunded.

 

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery costs £3.95

2-4 working day service

We use Royal Mail or Evri. Depending on the size of the parcel, and which option would be quicker for you the customer we reserve the right to use any method. We will always try and send your goods to you by the most appropriate and customer friendly way. We endeavor to dispatch all orders received by 1pm on the same day.

For orders with cut lengths of full width fabric; 14 metres and under will be folded for standard delivery, 15+ will be sent on a roll. If you wish to upgrade to have 14 metres and under sent on a roll this can be arranged for an additional charge, please contact us.

Different carriers quote different delivery times, but please contact us if you have been waiting for more than 4 working days .

Please contact us if you want an order sending to  AB, BT, IV, HS, KW, PA, PH, ZE, BT, IM, JE,GY and the Isle of Wight.  If you are in doubt please contact us. We reserve the right to refuse any order or to ask for additional delivery charges depending on the postcode to which the order is being sent or its weight. Delivery may take longer to some postcodes.

 

Next day delivery

If you need your order very quickly please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. There may be extra charges depending on the weight or size of the parcel. Please contact us as early as possible as this will need to be arranged with a courier.

Next day delivery to some postcodes may not be available or be subject to extra charges.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any order due to delivery difficulties and will give a full refund. We also reserve the right to ask for additional delivery charges if this is required for the postcode the order is being sent to or the weight of the order. If this is not acceptable a full refund will be given. Delivery may take longer to some postcodes.

If you have chosen next day delivery and you are out the carrier will leave a card with the local depot number on. Please ring as soon as possible to re-arrange delivery with them. We can do this on your behalf  if you prefer. Please contact us to tell us you have not received your parcel as soon as possible and we will track it for you. The carrier will only store goods for 3 days, and will then return any unclaimed goods to us. They will not re-deliver the item for free and carriage must be paid again. We cannot take responsibility for this charge.

Tracking your parcel

When your order is dispatched you will be updated with a courier and tracking number. If you are having any problems please contact us.

 

Arranging  your own carriage

If you have your own carrier and would like to use them please let us know and we can pack your order and have it collected from our premises.
